I’m so very sorry to hear that Dick passed. He was a wonderful man and he’ll be missed by his family and the community. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time.

Rich was my mentor when I first joined the SFD Emergency Squad. He encouraged me to become a CPR instructor. He was a wonderful example of serving our community and always available for discussing both medical and personal problems. A truly wonderful man.¹
