Paul L Decker, Owner - Funeral Director

A native of Johnstown, Paul is a graduate of Johnstown High School, received his Mortuary Science Degree in 1998 from SUNY Canton. Certified by the National Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards in the U.S., he completed his residency with Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home in Cobleskill, obtaining his NY State Funeral Director's license in 1999. Compassionate, experienced and well-seasoned in the profession, prior to coming to Delhi, he served as Licensed Manager of Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.

Paul and his wife, Jessica, a Fonda- Fultonville native, have two sons, Grant who is attending SUNY Canton and Garrett who attends Delaware Academy, Delhi, Paul enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling; also wood-working, light carpentry and do-it-yourself projects. He is Past Master of Kennyetto Lodge No.599, F.&A.M., Broadalbin, a member of Hiram Union Chapter, Royal Arch Masons in Canajoharie and Delhi Lodge F&AM, Delhi. Paul is also an active member of Delhi Fire Dept. where he enjoys serving the Delhi Community as a firefighter and Fire Commissioner along side his wife, Jessica who volunteers as an EMT with the Delhi Emergency Squad. 


Arthur Turner, Funeral Director

Arthur E. Turner was born in Davenport, New York and graduated from Simmons School of Mortuary Science with a degree in Mortuary Science. He is the registered manager of the Hobart location at MacArthur Funeral Home and also a member of the Hobart Rotary Club. 

Arthur lives in Hobart, New York with his wife Lynda and they have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.


Mr. Leonard A. Govern, Funeral Director

A life long resident of Delaware County, he grew up in Stamford and has lived most of his adult life Walton. Lenny, worked at Hall Funeral Home in Stamford during his last year of High School, and during his college years. Upon completion of college he settled in Walton and began a 35-year career in the printing industry. Upon retirement Lenny went back to school and obtained a degree in mortuary science from Hudson Valley Community College. Certified by the National Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards in the United States. A caring and compassionate person Lenny recently obtained his NYS Funeral Directors license as another way to help people during their time of need.

Len is active in his community serving as, volunteer firefighter, Deputy County Fire Coordinator, councilman on the Walton Town Board, Commissioner of the Walton Fire District, a member of Walton Lodge #559 F & AM.
