I was a member several groups with Scott.....The Red Knights, The Fire Police Association, and the Ham Radio Club. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I, like many others, will miss his smile and quick wit. Phil Seiden

I'm so very sorry for your loss and heartbreak.
Scott was amazing man. I felt we were friends for the 20 years I knew him.He will be missed. Rest in peace
I am so sorry to hear about Scott's passing. We were in school together and neighbors. Many fun times shared on bus rides, pranks in class, birthday parties, and fishing trips to the pond. He always made sure to keep in touch through Facebook and was so proud of his family and children and their accomplishments. He loved Stamford and the fire department. He will be missed by many people. Eighmie family I am so sorry for your loss.
I am so very sorry to hear about Scott. He was such a nice guy. After my husband died he stopped by to see if I needed anything, and said he really meant it, not just offering. He stayed and talked to me for a while and really made me feel that he cared. So many people have told me what a nice guy he was. He will surely be missed. My heart goes out to his family.
My heart is with you all in this heartbreaking time! God was granted a new angel but the loss of a son, husband, father uncle and friend is such a loss! He is now in God's hands.
Eighmie family,
Scott and I are so saddened to hear of Scott’s passing. He was such a great guy. Scott was a great friend and hard worker. Growing up with him was a great joy. Hugs and love to Nancy and the girls.
Sending our condolences,
Scott and Candi Mattice
