My name is Celia Rice Soden & I worked many years with Maureen @ Social Services. She was a very loving lady and I truly missed her when she left to have Colleen! Her husband, Charlie, was a "neighbor" on our Kiff Brook Road outside Bloomville in our growing-up days. We attended his services just such a short time ago in Sept. 2018. I did not realize @ that time that Maureen was ill. As they say, "God takes the best of them" & in this case that is so true. Our condolences & prayers to the family.
