Condolences
Linda was a real lady, always ready to go a bit further to help people. Working with her when I was town attorney was a pleasure, her practical suggestions resolved many problems. She also opened up on a Saturday to issue a marriage license to Charlotte and I.
My condolences! Linda was my all-time favorite person to purchase my New York State Hunting & Fishing License from! Every time I purchase one I think of her! God bless!
So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. Condolences to you all. I had great conversations with her whenever I stopped by the office.

Sending my heartfelt condolences to Linda's Family. She was a Special Lady. I met Linda through the Delaware County Town Clerks' Association, where she was President for many years. I enjoyed the many phone conversations we shared and the advice she had given to me over the years. You will be missed my Friend and may you rest in peace. Love, Julie B. Townsend, Retired Town of Colchester Town Clerk
Linda has been the greatest of a neighbor and the most wonderful friend. To say I will miss her is an understatement

We grieve with you for the loss of Mother Linda. She truly was one of the kindest souls we ever knew. She touched our family in numerous ways. We will miss our weekly dinners with her. We sure kept her entertained. Thank you Linda for being you. I hope heaven is filled with McDonalds fries for you to forever enjoy. We love you
Linda was an icon in Delancey. Thought of her as our "Mayor". Will miss her smile and her welcome to all at any time. Always invited us in to sit and visit.
Sending love prayers and sympathy to the family. She was a remarkable person. Always a smile and a hug. May she rest in peace.
Her legacy will live on. Barb Kendall

I will miss getting letters from my aunt. We had a special relationship via mail
She never forgot my birthday and always asked about the family here. I loved writing to her. No one does that any more. Love to the family

Linda Shepard was a major icon in our small town .
There's nothing she wouldn't do for our community with no need for praise or gains. It's an honor to say she was a friend , neighbor and part of our families lives .
I have many fond memories of Linda while growing up in DeLancey. Whether it was picking up our annual fishing licenses or dog tags at the house or visiting with her about happenings at church. The view from her kitchen window was so pretty. My condolences to her whole family.
