We will miss John, I looked for him in the morning when we had coffee, and he did his scratch-offs. I admired his stamina, and of course, his service to his country. A life well lived.
I am proud and honored to have known John. He was a great man and an American hero. Ken Cole, Commander of American Post1379.
My condolences to John’s family. Worked with him at the county highway department. Great guy. Never a negative word. I’ll miss you John.
Sending my deepest and most sincere condolences to John's family. I am so very proud to say that I was a friend of his and for many years. We always had wonderful visits when ever we happened to run into each other at a store and always, always gave each other a hug. John you will be missed by so many people, you are one in a million. I will miss our visits for sure. Rest In Peace dear, dear friend. Sending many "hugs" and kisses to the family. With love, Patty
My most sincere condolences to you and your family. John was a remarkable man who added so much to the community. Getting to know John as a veteran first from his many visits to my office he easily became a very welcomed friend. My thoughts and prayers to you during this difficult time.

My sincere condolences, great man , great legacy. Rest in Peace.
We are truly sorry for the loss of a good friend. I have known John most of my life. In the Fire Department John taught me how to drive the ambulance and taught me how to carry the Flag in Parades. A lot of people did not like to carry the Flag in Parades but not John. He took it and carried it as he said it was an honor. I learned a lot from John. I loved listening to his stories. John loved his country, the Fire Department and Bloomville. John will be missed by all of his friends, neighbors and his community. I will miss John at hunting season driving up and down Roberts Road looking for deer, stopping along the way to visit. I will miss seeing John on Memorial Day as he was always there in uniform. May God bless him. Our hearts and prayers are with his Family.
We are deeply sadden of the loss of our friend, neighbor and one of our longest members in the Fire Department. John will be greatly missed. John was a very caring man. Our hearts and prayers are with John and his family. Thank you John for all you have done for the Fire Department and for your community.
Members of the Bloomville Fire Department
To John's entire family and relatives, I am so very sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy as John is the loss of a wonderful man.
I loved visit’s from John, he stopped by my office frequently throughout the years... I enjoyed a our little chats and his giggles, when he didn't stop, our friendly waives or hollers from his window as he drove by. He was always smiling and happy, kind hearted and caring…he will surely be missed! My sincere condolences to all of Johns family and friends.
It seems like John Every has always been part of my life and it's hard to imagine a world without him. Just a super guy in all respects. Almost always part of the honor guard at parades - in full dress uniform. My sincere condolences to all of his family and friends.
My condolences to all of the family. John was a wonderful man. I always enjoyed seeing and chatting with him. He was a fine example of "Once a Marine, always Marine." Rest In Peace, friend.
