Obituary of Crystal L. Holmes

Crystal L. Holmes, 39, 0f Andes passed away on Wednesday evening, June 15, 2022 at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center following a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Born on December 26, 1982 in Walton, Crystal was the daughter of Clifford “Kip” and JoAnn (Bacon) Holmes.

She attended Andes Central School and worked cleaning and landscaping locally until her illness forced her early retirement.

Crystal enjoyed fishing, landscaping, and watching sunsets, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends and her children were her greatest passion.

Besides her parents Kip and JoAnn, Crystal is survived by her children: Kevin, Danny and Matthew Fronckowiak, Madison Finkle and Kaylynn Dotson; her siblings: Hope Knapp and Jed Holmes; grandmother: Gloria Bacon; her companion: Nathan Dotson; several aunts and uncles, including Aunt Penny; close friends: Rachel Barrett and Kelly Harageones; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

At Crystal’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral services, a celebration of life will be at the convenience of the family.
