My condolences to his family. I met Mark while working for S&W EMS. He was a great paramedic, clown, and a prankster. I remember him asking me to push him around S&W hallways in the hospital white he hid under a sheet. Scaring the **** out of people. We laughed and laughed until we got into trouble. Also during a rush transfer to Dallas, he told a doctor to just fax the paperwork to the receiving hospital. ( time critical run). The dr.did not like his attitude and again we were in trouble. Mark never backed down from a fight when he was avocating for a patient, the traits of a true hero. He was alway telling jokes and was a joy to work with. I will miss my friend and his great ability to bring joy to those around him. RIP my brother.
