Timothy was born in Patterson, NJ on August 12, 1957. Timothy grew up in Fairlawn, NJ and had many fond memories of his childhood spent at Memorial Park pool.

Timothy moved to Delaware County, NY in 1982 where he made his home. Timothy worked as a chimney sweep and house painter to make a living until 1996 when he re-dedicated his life to his art. He was a painter, sculptor, poet and musician, and always a free spirit. Timothy showed his art at many solo and group venues and was especially proud of his exhibition and honored to have his work included thereafter in the permanent collection of the United States of America at West Point Military Academy’s Eisenhower Hall Gallery. Timothy promoted the Arts and Culture in Delaware County, NY.  He was founder and director of “The Gallery” in Stamford, NY since 2001.  There he hosted music events, concerts and Open Mic for the past 13 years.
