Obituary of Christine Kyrou

Christine Kyrou, 81, of Stamford passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019.

Born on May 29, 1937 in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Suzanne and Demetrios Kasapis. 

Christine worked many years caring for others at organizations such as UDCAL, the Hobart Day Care Center and the ONC BOCES school system. 

In her retirement,  Christine loved spending time with her husband of over 50 years, her children and 7 grandchildren.  

Christine is survived by her children:  Chris (Kimberly) Kyrou of Goshen, Aphrodite (Steve) Kamna of Prattsville, Demetra (Earl) Alberti of Stamford; and 7 grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 12-2pm on Thursday,  March 14, 2019 at MacArthur Funeral Home,  15 Buntline Drive,  Stamford NY 12167.  Private services and burial at Stamford Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
