Condolences
I heard the terrible news from Sabrina at the laundromat- My heartfelt condolences to everyone affected. I'm very close to my older sister, so I can appreciate that this is an incredibly difficult time. May God help you through this. My prayers are with you.
I remember Donald well when he was a student at Delaware Academy. I always thought he had a lot of good to offer, I enjoyed our visits. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family, and will have great stories for you all to share with his kids. Take time to write those stories down, so someday his kids can hear about their dad. A loss is so sad, but when you loose someone that young, it seems to pull on the heart strings a little harder. But know he is in your heart, you will do something and chuckle, or cry, and remember a story or something he did or said. Know too he is up their guiding you and watching out for all of you. I will miss not seeming him around town. Look for strength to your family and friends as the year of "firsts" come along, holidays, birthdays, but know they will be there for you. Use this time to make you stronger, show him you are all survivors and make him proud, this may guide you to maybe go back to school/ go to college. Don't let it pull you down, yes you will have your days, but look to your memories to pull you through it. Please let me know if I can help. He was a good kid, and he will be missed.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers are with u and your family
