He was always generous with his time and energy and he a wonderful person to know on so many levels. Since leaving Davenport I've moved around & got to know a lot of people. Ray was one of the best people I ever met. Now that I'm back in the area I would run into Ray from time-to-time & he always acted like seeing me was the best thing that happened that day. I'm sure that's how he greeted everyone. The world's a poorer place without him.
