Dear Elaine and family, I don't need to tell you what a dear friend Allan was to all of us here at Hunter Tannersville School. He always had a laugh , a joke and a smile for everyone he met. I am so heart broken for your loss. May you find comfort knowing that Allan has returned to the angels in heaven where his love and care are much needed.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful man. I always heard of Allan through my father Jim Manon (who Allan bought fence post from) Then I finally got to met him while working at ONC BOCES. He had such a big heart. Always a smile on his face and never a bad word. A kind, gentle man. I know it is not an easy time for you but may God comfort you all during this time. When Al drove the van mail for BOCES I loved when I got to see him in the office. He would always have a kind word and a smile. The nicest man you could ever know. Sending prayers to his family, I know you lost a wonderful guy and I am so sorry for that loss!

Always loved talking with Al when I delivered feed every week! Whether it was about a big 10 point buck he had seen or about a basketball game - the story was always great!!! I will miss those days for sure just like I miss his dad Frank! My sincerest condolences.
