It was a few months since I talked to my brother last when I heard he had died. Why is it so easy to say we'll keep in touch but so hard to actually do it? I remembr taking my "Baby Brother" fishing & hunting for the first time. Wish we'd spent more time together as adults. It'd hard to accpt that he's gone.

Dear margaret and children, We are thinking of you with love and sorrow. Bruce was a wonderful neighbor and friend when we lived on gulf road in east Meredith. He was always ready to help and snow plow and advise on the mysteries of upstate life to us greenhorns from down state. We loved living across the road from margaret and Bruce and Beth and Rachel. New loved having such industrious and horse-loving neighbors. Margaret, please call any time, 431-1195. We love and admire you always.
Love, Alice and Jim
