Condolences
I am sorry for Lou's passing. He was a good man. I worked for him @ DMV.
Sondra and I are so saddened to hear the news of Lou's passing. We were blessed to be hired by Lou and moved to Delhi from Chicago and greeted with a small gathering of friends at Lou and Gail's house upon our arrival. We were also welcomed into Lou's church with open arms with his caution to not get in too deep as I had a day job at the plant. His degree in teaching may have not been practiced at a local school, but he sure had a lot of students over the years. Always leading by example and including some humor to make you smile. I will never forget his message upon leaving DMV. "When God closes a door, he opens a window". He must be needed in heaven. You will be missed and remembered.
To Courtney, Aden, Hannah, Rachel and family,
So sorry to hear about your dad and grandpa. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Always remember the good times as those memories last forever.

We are so sorry for your loss. Please accept our sincere symphothy. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
I am so sadden to hear that Lou has passed. His was a beautiful sole. I worked with him for many years at Deltown Chemurgic and though the various names at the Fraser plant. I learned a lot from him especially how to be an upstanding consummate professional in a time of great personal defeat. In the years following his departure from DMV, he always greeted me with a smile and a nice chat. I cannot imagine your loss and grief. My sympathies are with your whole family.
We are saddened by the loss of our dear friend Lou aka Mr. Dibble. He was more than a friend to us; he was a teacher, a brother, a man whom we admired. Our Heavenly Father took this Shepherd back to his kingdom and we know that he will continue to take care of us all. Gail, Tammie, Courtney and families we love you all and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your husband, father, grandfather with us and so many. Please know if you need ANYTHING we are here. Rest Mr. Dibble and soar forever.
Dear Gail and family, Roger and Delores, Lisa and Mike and other family members, We were deeply saddened when we heard the news. Lou was such a great person, and gave so much to everyone he came in touch with. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time. Carol and Clark
Kim and I are so very sorry to hear of your loss. My parents, Bob and Kay Dickman, had great admiration and respect for Lou and all he did for the First Pres Church.
Your family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.
Lou's heart for God and family modeled the kind of Christian life those accepting Christ as Savior should strive to achieve. I feel fortunate to have known him since my youth. I will miss seeing him at First Pres when I'm in Delhi to visit, but I know he's in the right place. Thank you for all you've done for me, my Mom and Dad, my cousin Kathy and I'm sure countless others we may never know. Rest in peace. My heartfelt condolences to the Dibble family.
My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Gail and Roger and their families with the sad news of your husband and brother. I am so sorry to hear of this news. My heart goes out to you.
