To Janet and the girls: Bill was a true hero and a great friend to us. The laughs we shared with him number like the stars. He was so important to us in our days in Oneonta. A deck party was never complete without Cody! He served as a mentor to Bob and always had a home at OFD. The world is a darker place today. May your memories of so many happy times bring you peace in the difficult days ahead. We send all our love. - Bob and Maggie Barnes
To the "Commander's' family,
Having known Bill for a few years felt like a lifetime. He was truly one of a kind and a true firefighter's Firefighter. RIP brother.
