On behalf of the Delaware County Town Clerks' Association, we are so sorry to hear of the passing of Helen Utter. Helen was one of the founders of the DCTCA. She will truly be missed.

May Helen's family and friends be comforted by God's promise to "swallow up death forever...and wipe away the tears from all faces" (Isaiah 25:8). I am so sorry for your loss. In the bible we find hope and comfort. Jesus said in John 5:28 "the hour is coming in which all those in the graves will hear my voice and come out."

Dear Joyce and Charles, I will never forget your mom and her spunky personality. She was always a pleasure to visit with and made me laugh and smile! May wonderful memories fill your hearts at this time. Carol
