Condolences
She always tried to bring her creativity wherever she went. When she struggled she always tried to make it better, even if she seemed to feel there was no way to do it. She loved what she did and she always talked lovingly about her family. Prayers and peace to all who loved her and knew her and may God provide all that is needed with her loss for us here.
Peace,

Dear Dave and family.
I was so saddened to hear of Gail's sudden passing. Gail and I were friends and competitors throughout our school days and it seldom interfered with our friendship. We each spend a lot of time at each other's homes--I more time at the farm-loved it. She had an awesome career and was a role model--you can write her legacy. Please share my sincere sympathy with your entire family. Diane Schmidt Alongi
I am so saddened by the passing of Gail. We were so close during our school years-friends and competitors. She had an awesome career and seems to have been a role model for many. Dave, and family my sincere condolences at this very sad time for you all. I learned of Gail's passing from Art Crandall, one of our classmates--so glad he informed me. Please carry on her legacy! Sincerely, Diane Schimidt Alongi
Mrs. Peake was both of my children's teacher, and she was very a very special lady. She made reading fun for the kids and encouraged them in every way possible. We will all miss her.

My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. Mrs. Peake taught me in 4th grade back in the mid-70s and she was one of my favorite teachers! She was always gentle, kind and loving; like a second mother to her students. She made us feel special. I moved to LI, NY in the middle of that school year and she organized a big farewell party from the class. I remember her fondly! Godspeed, Mrs. Peake, you will be missed. <3

The Peake Family:
We, The O'Learys, extend to you our heartfelt condolences on the passing of "Miss Peake". As our son Jack's 2nd grade (2007-8) teacher at Gilboa, Miss Peake was an educator of the highest caliber; never let the kids get away with anything but 100% effort. Jokingly, when Jack has trouble with a subject, I tell him I'll be calling Miss Peake to let her know he's not doing his best and needs a "Boot in the butt"! She'll always be in our memory as a classy person-I wish all educators had her drive and desire to see their students succeed as she did. We are proud to have known her and grateful she was our son's teacher.
