Obituary of Steven Finley Nolan

Steven Finley Nolan, 66, a 40-year area resident, died unexpectedly, Oct 13, 2013, at his home in DeLancey. "Steve" was born Nov 5, 1946 in New York City, the son of Philip and Louise (Foster) Nolan. He grew up in Croton-on-Hudson, where he graduated high school before moving to Delaware County, and received his formal education at Delhi College. Steve was a fish farmer in DeLancey, raising fish for stocking lakes and rivers, and tended bar in several area establishments. He also enjoyed traveling. Surviving are a daughter, Cara D. (Jerry) Kassees, of Raleigh, North Carolina, and a grandson, Christopher Kassees. Private funeral arrangements were made thru Robert A. Peet, Hall & Peet Funeral Home, Delhi.
