Obituary of Susan Frey Miller

Susan Frey Miller passed away on, Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after an extended illness. Susan was born on October 27, 1950 in Long Island, New York and moved to Delhi in 1955. She grew up on the family dairy farm on Honest Brook Road. Susan graduated from Delaware Academy in 1970. She worked at the former Bresee's Department Store in Oneonta for many years. Susan was married to Alfred Miller on March 23, 1974 in Wells Bridge. Alfred predeceased her on March 8, 2011. She was also predeceased by her parents Paul and Mabel Shaw and her birth mother Jean Frey. Susan is survived by her children: Nathaniel Christopher Miller and his family of the Delhi area and Serena Miller and grandson Liam of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and a sister: Paula Shaw of Walnut Creek, California. Private interment took place in Woodland Cemetery, Delhi, New York. Memorial contributions may be made to Heart of the Catskills Humane Society or the charity of one's choice.
