Condolences
Thank you for this and for being there for us, Bobbie.
Thanks so much, Becky and Mike. Both my mom and dad thought you were great. I heard so many nice things about you from them. They loved having you as neighbors.
Thank you so much, Roger. Your dad was a special teacher of mine, too.
Thank you very much, Don. We appreciate your kind words.
Hall & Peet Funeral Home created a Tribute Video in memory of Mrs. Isabelle Bentley Fenton
Andrea, John and Jim, I was saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. I have fond memories of my days in kindergarten with her as my teacher. Yes, the days of sandbox 101, building blocks 101, and especially nap time 101 were great. It saddens me though that we lose another one of the "old school" teachers. There aren't too many left, but I'm sure they're all hanging around the teachers lounge in the sky talking about all the little brats in their classes. Your mom is once again reunited with your dad, and both looking down on you. My thoughts are with you.
Mrs. Fenton was my kindergarten teacher in the 58-59 school year at Margaretville Central School. She was the first teacher I had any experience with. She is now on the growing list of my former instructors, including my own father, who are no longer with us. I am sad to hear of her passing.
Roger Morse Former Student.
Norman and Ellen Judge Swanson purchased the Basket of Memories for the family of Mrs. Isabelle Bentley Fenton.
Duke and Isabelle were wonderful neighbors to us . Isabelle lived a purposeful, generous life, as a teacher , as a community leader and as a wife and mom. We feel grateful to have known her. She was spunky! Unfortunately, we can't come to see you in Delhi on Thursday or Friday, but we are thinking of all of you.
