Condolences
When us kids were out riding snowmobiles or ATVs, he was the highlight for me coming over to Terry Clove. It was always interesting to see what he was working on, be it the house or a bike. Very kind hearted soul. I doubt I am the only one who thought so. I'll miss my cousin Russ.

So Sorry for your loss Lois, Dennis, and Susan and Family's !!
Russell made up nicknames for some us kids in the neighborhood. Mine was peanut. He was kind and fun-loving. Patricia Sellevold-Scudder, childhood friend and family member by marriage
I'm so sorry for your loss of Russell. I have great memories of him and his wonderful family as they welcomed us to Terry Clove after our move up from the city. He helped organize games on their lawn for many of us kids in the neighborhood, and summers were loaded with wholesome fun. He was a big kid himself and joined in wholeheartedly! Lois would churn homemade ice cream.... their house was a bit of heaven on earth. When he got his mini-bike and then his motorcycle, he would give us all rides. We couldn't wait for our turn! Those were good times. He was a quiet guy, but as I recall, if there was something important on his mind, he was sure to find a way to talk about it. I'm sad that he's gone so soon. He helped create many happy memories for us kids from "the Clove". Thank-you Russ. You gave us great moments... great times and memories that we'll cherish. Patricia Sellevold-Scudder
