Obituary of Deborah A. Mattice

Deborah A. Mattice, 61, of Stamford passed away at her home on Thursday, February 24, 2022 surrounded by her family.  

Born on March 31, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anker and Louise Gullestad. 

Deborah was married to her husband of 43 years, Robert A. Mattice on August 5, 1978. 

She was employed at Catskill Craftsmen in Stamford for 19 years, then for Robinson Terrace for 16 years, then at South Kortright Central School and retired from Audio Sears.  

She enjoyed her job and friends from Audio Sears. 

Deborah loved life, enjoyed sewing and crocheting, long rides around the countryside, and finding eagles, going to yard sales and making/buying gifts for others. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially her grandson.  

Besides her husband, Deborah is survived by her daughter: Christie & Son in Law (Rob) Pietrantoni of Bloomville; and her grandson: Landon Pietrantoni.   

At Deborah’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral.
