Obituary of Michael G. Laiosa

Sebring, Florida Michael G. Laiosa, 47 of Sebring, Florida died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Florida Hospital Heartland, Sebring, FL. He was born October 22, 1964 in Staten Island, NY the son of Jack M. and Agnes (Procida) Laiosa. Michael lived in Valrico, FL for 16 years before moving back to Sebring. He was a graduate of Sebring High School, Class of 1982, and had a BS degree in Education and worked as a heavy equipment mechanic. He was a Lieutenant for the Lorida Volunteer Fire Department; an avid outdoorsman and a member of the River Ranch Hunting Club. He is survived by his Mother Agnes of Sebring, FL; brothers John of Sebring, FL and Mario of Madison, OH; Sister Ann of Sebring, FL; and significant other Heather Sparks. He was predeceased by his father May 29, 2001. Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 7-9pm at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Hobart, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Church, Stamford, NY with Father Michael Cambi celebrant.
