Condolences
Wayne and Roxanne and Family. So sad and sorry for the loss of Tom. He was a man full of kindness and laughs. I also enjoyed when he would come over to visit Carl Miller and bring us beef, which was the best. Thoughts and Prayers.

Tom was a great man, full of laughs and life advice!! I did not know Tom long, but he will forever be in my memories and in my heart.
My sincere condolences to Joan & Tom’s family and friends. Many, many years ago, the Rosa family lived on lower Pink Street, most notably Richard & Peter.
Later on in time, Pete Rosa, his wife Linda and family lived on Pink St. near the Doig Farm. Doug, Jeff and Kathy helped Tom with haying and other Farm chores.
Pete and Tom became great friends and with Richard, Doug, Jeff and Rick (Richard’s son) hunted deer, turkeys, woodchucks, etc together. When I returned to the area from Virginia, Tom invited me along. I very much enjoyed Tom’s company and him reminiscing about their past adventures - he was great at story telling, though sometimes it was difficult separating the stories from fiction!!! LOL
RIP Tom God Bless
I'm so sad to hear of Tom's passing. When I was a kid I spent all the time I could on the farm. Almost all of my childhood memories revolve around life there. From trout fishing in the brook with a bamboo pole ( and digging our own worms) to hay season where everyone pitched in one way or another. During that time I think it would be safe to say that Uncle Tom was the center of my universe. He showed me the love of the land and the love for the animals. I would sit in the wheelbarrow while he was milking and listen to him tell stories, I remember being "old" enough to feed the girls their grain (he said it was like gravy on their potatoes) over their silage. He would tell me how many scoops to give each cow. In the winter he always made sure to take me on a snowmobile ride before milking, I had to get up early for that. While he was milking I would be content to just ride around the fields. He was never to busy to come dig me out when I got stuck. I remember the stars he showed me at late night milking, I remember him showing me how to lead the calf's on a rope to make them more friendly, and I remember him singing " little red riding hood " to get me up when I was a teen. To Joan, Wayne, and Faith, my deepest condolences. To Uncle Tom, thank you for being such a big part of those childhood days. Love, Lori Sue
My heartfelt prayers for Tom and his family. Enjoyed many visits with Tom over the years. Hunting, hunting trip to Maine, conversations, and phone calls! He had a gift for making people laugh and coming away feeling so good. Loved Tom like a brother!
Richard C Rosa, Sr.
So sorry to hear of Tom s passing. I know Tom wasn’t t doing t doing very well because of my brother, Walt, who hung out with Tom quite a bit. Walt died a year ago. My condolences to the family, Joan, Faith …..
I remember riding the school bus with all the kids from Pink Street.
So sorry for your loss. Being a neighbor just up the road we crossed. Paths has many times. Tom was nine years older than me so I always looked up to him like a big brother, Always laughter and fun to be around. I would like To go down Just two watch him eat breakfast. A salad bowl full of oatmeal, 8-12 RAW eggs , Potatoes and bacon. We went With him when he raced snowmobiles., and went Snowmobileing with him,Hunting, And just stopped in to have a few beers with a lot of.BS. Joking and laughter were always in the mix. There will be an empty space., but the memories will always be there.....Philip Schabloski
A breath of fresh air that loved to live life! Thank you for being like a father, like an uncle, even like a brother, but most importantly, thank you for being a great friend! The ranch won’t be the same without hearing you holler or laugh, but I’m sure your presence will always be felt amongst the fields and forests of your family farm. I love you and I’m going to miss you terribly, Thomas W. Burns!
