Travis is a great lose to all who knew him. Although I might have been a bit older then Travis, and a person with a lot of heath issues, I always said that he was my hero. The way he dealt with his health issues at such a young age, never giving up and maintaining a positive attitude, dispite everything that was thrown at him, was an inspiration to all who knew him. He helped me to keep going. I will never forget him and he will always be in my prayers.

My heartfelt condolences to Travis' family. I thoroughly enjoyed having Travis as a student. He was well respected by faculty and students alike. Travis committed himself to his studies and his career and set an example that all are capable of success regardless of obstacles. I learned as much from him as teaching him. He was a class act. I'm better for having had the pleasure of knowing him.

I was very sorry to read that we lost Travis. A few years back we played a round of golf together and I got to know him better. I admired his approach to life and zest for enjoying it as much as he was able. My heart goes out to his family.
