Obituary of David Emory Meade, II

David Emory Meade II, 22, of Delhi, passed away suddenly at home on May 1, 2018.

Born on August 1, 1995 in Newburgh, David was the son of David E. Meade and Karen M. Clifford.

He was a 2014 graduate of Livingston Manor Central School.  Growing up David was active in Boy Scouting where he was a Life Scout.  He was a former volunteer with the Livingston Manor Volunteer Ambulance Squad and was a former member of the Delhi Fire Dept. and EMS.   He enjoyed the outdoors and riding motorcycles. 

David was a talented cook and he most recently worked for Tuna III Restaurant in Delhi.

He is survived by his mother: Karen Clifford of Delhi; father: David (Patti) Meade of Livingston Manor; grandparents: Barbara Casatelli of Clifton Park, Nora Busold of Colonie and Linda & David Meade of Brantingham; siblings: Michelle (Justin), Jennifer and Stephanie Meade all of Livingston Manor and Jennie, Becki and Michael Clifford all of California; uncle: Jeffrey Busold; aunt: Heather (Eric) Chansler; cousins: Samantha (David) Busold, Eric Chansler and Britani Chansler; and close friend: Krystya Rose Moore.

Friends and relatives of David are invited to Picnic and fellowship on Sunday, July 29, 2018  from 12-5PM at the Natural Gardens, 304 Sutherland Road, East Meredith, where a celebration of life will follow at 5PM.
