Mahlon and family,
I just wanted to pass on to you my sincere sympathies on Ron's passing. Besides being raised in Meridale (don't think I've ever completely GROWN UP!) with you and your brothers, I did have the opportunity to work with Ron while we both were members of the Pine Grove Cemetery Association (1970's era), and of course, saw him from time to time when he came to the Delaware National Bank in Delhi where I worked for nearly 40 years. It was always a great friendship; I always enjoyed his smile, glint in his eyes and a bit of a joke too... Know and TRUST that your brother is at peace and enjoying the rewards he well deserves, being with the Lord Jesus... Personally, I wish you and your family great inner peace as you release Ron to God's care...
I might add, that your mom's weekly Bible studies at the Meridale Public School are a part of my 'faith foundation' and guided me through my life's pathway, even to becoming a commissioned lay preacher in the Presbyterian church... I say "God bless her efforts' yet today...
Shalom,
John Truscott
